Eidos

I put my heart to your transparent belly
a sea-belly before delivery
I listen to the embryo
and breathe in deeply.

You make use of the moment
and milk your breasts
heavy with brackish milk

you lean lustfully
to measure my depths
by the echo
and once sure –
knowing where to flow

you spill into me,
now filled and heavy
wet
I became one with you.
